Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.


How to Place Multiple Gift Orders

  • Browse our online catalog. [ click here ]
  • As you find items you are interested in purchasing,
  • Make the selections of flavors and colors(where applicable),
  • Then click the "Add to Gift List" Button.
  • The system will ask you to login.
  • If you haven't logged in before click the "New Customer" button
  • Choose a user name and password.
  • Click the "Sign Up" button
  • Fill in the needed information.
  • Click the "Finish" Button.
  • Your item will be added to your Gift List, and will be saved in your Gift List until you choose to remove this item.
  • You can continue to browse the catalog for other gifts by clicking the "Keep Shopping" button.
  • When you are ready to purchase your gifts you want to go to your Gift List which is listed under "My Account" in the navigation bar.
  • Click the "Add to Cart" button on each item that is going to the first gift recipients address.
  • Click on your basket and follow the direction to check out.
  • To send gifts to your second recipient return to your Gift List.
  • Click the "Add to Cart" button next to each item your wish to send to this recipient.
  • Click to your basket and follow the directions to check out, changing the shipping address to go to your second recipient.
  • As you ship to friends and family these addresses will be saved in your shipping address book to use for future orders.

Shipping & Handling

All Items are available for immediate shipment unless otherwise indicated. Shipments are made by UPS whenever possible; therefore, please provide us with complete street addresses, apartment and suite numbers, or "in care of" information to help ensure on-time delivery.

For delivery to P.O. Boxes, we ship via U.S. Priority Mail. Please see regular ground delivery charges.

We make every effort to ship according to your instructions. Because we are careful not to crowd or crush your gift items, occasionally multiple gift items ordered together may be shipped separately.

Items subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute any item with items of equal or greater value if necessary.
